First Steps Together was created by our proprietors Matt and Lee who recognised through their industry expertise that many young people were leaving education without valuable industry vocational skills.

At First Steps Together we are striving to build confident and resilient individuals with life long skills  by delivering an inclusive educational experience that is rich, relevant and realistic. What our learners learn today builds a bright, safe and secure future for them both in their personal and working life.
