Keeping our young people safe is our number one priority at First Steps Together. Many of our young people have experienced trauma and often unstable social and educational experiences putting them at greater risk.

We do everything possible to mitigate any risk and protect our young people and their families from harm by following our internal policies, adhering to the Department for Education's 'Keeping Children Safe in School' framework and working together with a multiple agencies and services.

All our staff are committed to keeping children safe in education and out in their communities. Any safeguarding concerns should be raised with our designated leads.
